(1)坯布佣金率是1%，漂布是2%，色布、花布及色织布是3%，均按FOB金额计付。

Commission is to be paid at 1% for grey cloth 2% for white cloth and 3% for dyed, printed and yarn dyed cloths, all based on FOB value.

(2)贵方3%佣金将按发票金额扣除保险和运费来计算。

Your 3% commission will be calculated on the basis of invoice value with the deduction of insurance and freight.

(3)我们歉难按贵方要求给予5%佣金，我们的最高佣金率是坯布1%，漂布2%，色布、花布、色织布是3%。

We regret being unable to grant you a 5% commission you desire. The highest commission rate we can allow is 1% for grey cloth, 2% for white cloth and 3% for dyed, printed and yarn dyed cloths.

(4)我们所有的报盘均包括贵方佣金，当货款收到后按FOB金额支付给您。

All our offers include a commission to be paid on FOB value basis after proceeds are collected.

(5)我们支付的佣金率按不同品种自1%至3%不等。

We usually grant commission at the rate of 1% to 3% depending on articles.

(6)洽悉贵方要求我们今后报价包括10%而不是5%的佣金。我们理解贵方所说的处境，但我们要强调我方能给贵方的最高佣金是5%，比一般给其他客户的1%到3%，这已是对贵方的特别照顾了。

We note your request for including 10% commission instead of 5% in our future quotations to you. While appreciating the circumstances you worte about, we would stress that the 5% commission, being the highest we can allow, is already a special consideration to you in comparision with the rates of 1% to 3% we generally grant to others.

(7)在棉布交易中我们通常支付3%而不是5%佣金，也无任何折扣。

In our cotton fabric business, we usually pay 3% commission and never 5% nor any percentage of discount.
